Finance Assistant

PART TIME

£30,000 pro rata (£20,000)

We are excited to be on the lookout for a new Finance Assistant, to join a brilliant company based in Watford on a part time basis!

They are looking for someone who has previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, as well as someone who has excellent organisational skills!

Finance Assistant Duties:

Processing invoices
Raising payments to the suppliers
Setting up and maintaining customer and suppliers’ details
Dealing with any queries
Managing online banking
Month end reconciliations for banks and credit cards
Assisting with credit control
