Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading business, based in Ellesmere Port, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of finance related tasks

Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Credit control
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing expenses
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Producing aged debt and creditor reports
- Payroll administration
- VAT returns
- Query resolution
- Financial administration
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
