Finance Assistant - PR Agency

Have you recently graduated (finance/accounting related degree) or maybe left school and started your AAT studies?

A Global PR Agency is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant, it could be a great opportunity as your first or 2nd job in finance. You will join a large finance team that will offer you guidance and support. You will be introduced to Accounts Receivable, learn how to raise invoices for the clients, work in progress and have exposure to commercial finance.

• Liaising with account teams to oversee billing
• Performing reconciliations on a timely basis
• Ensuring correct and accurate closing of jobs
• Managing debtors accounts
• Resolving client queries regarding debts / billings
• Perform timesheeets analysis
• Supporting Commercial Finance Manager with month end reporting
