Title - Finance & Commercial Analyst - 12 month FTC
Location - London
£50-60k + Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

The role: A leading commercial property management company are seeking an experienced Finance & Commercial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance team on a 12 month FTC. The role will be split between providing finance support as well as business partnering.

Duties:-

• Generate and distribute periodic client reports.
• Customise client reports according to specific client requirements and preferences.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analysis of financial data to provide insights and trends in client reports.
• GAAP accounting of financial transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns regarding reports.
• Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in client reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information in all reporting activities.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by clients or management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance, forecast future financial outcomes, and support decision-making processes specifically for new and existing business.
• Utilise Excel or other financial software to create detailed models for various scenarios such as budgeting, and operational analysis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience within a similar role.
• Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA)
