Finance Administrator
Manchester, M13
£13.32 per hour
Immediate start

35 hours per week
Hybrid (2 in office / 3 from home)
9am - 5pm (flexible)

Search Manchester are working with a well established company within the Manchester area who are looking for temporary support within their finance team. For this particular role strong experience of administration is essential with a financial background preferred.

This role is suitable for people who have strong admin and IT skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.

Typical Duties Include:

* Processing all cash management transactions
* Uploading and reconciling all bank statements
* Ensuring entries are journaled and matched to correct recipient
* Quickly responding and resolving to queries
* Maintaining and updating data via various relevant systems.
* Process payments and refunds
* Run control reports including CRM
* Responding promptly to telephone calls and correspondence

Required skills and qualifications

* Strong literacy and administrative skills
* Ability to respond and adapt quickly
* Work on own initiative
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional people skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
