A great opportunity has arisen in Walsall for a NQ – 2 years Family Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of family matters to include public and private. This role is office based and offers on-site car parking and an attractive bonus scheme. 

TheTeam 

As a Family Solicitor at this firm, you will join a team comprising of four Solicitors and a Legal Executive plus support staff! The team offers a good level of support to a new Family Solicitor coming on board with supervision from a Senior Family Solicitor, monthly file reviews to enable you to grow and develop and quarterly departmental meetings. 

TheRole

The role itself will running your own caseload of matters to include PLO processes, Care Orders, Supervision orders along with non-molestation orders and domestic violence. You will have had experience in all of these areas along with some advocacy experience. 

ThePerson 

To be considered you will be an NQ – 2 years’ PQE Family Solicitor with experience in all of the above-mentioned areas. You will be able to join handling a small caseload with the support of your supervising Solicitor. You will own your own vehicle, have some advocacy skills along with a strong skills set in public care proceedings.
