Family Paralegal

What’s on offer?

• Be a career paralegal and not look to qualify 

What will you do? 

• Assist the Childcare Solicitors with all matters relating to their cases 
• Have much client contact 
• Handle Legal Aid funding/monitoring 
• Prepare court bundles and complete forms 
• (No audio typing/dictation) 
• This role will not suit a candidate looking to qualify
• This will suit you if you are looking to be entrenched into the team, assist all fee earners and really be an indispensable colleague for the long term! 

What will you need? 

• At least 1 year’s family law/childcare experience from a law firm 
• You could already be a secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal  
• To be able to work full time in the office
