Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm OR 7:00am to 4:00pm

Friday: early finish at 12:30

Hourly Rate: £11

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Picker Packer to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and distribution process, ensuring the accurate and efficient packing of goods.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring the correct quantity and quality.

- Perform visual inspections of products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any discrepancies or defects.

- Properly label packages and complete required documentation for shipping and inventory purposes.

- Assemble products as needed, following standard operating procedures and guidelines.

- Keep the work area clean and organised to facilitate a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Picker Packer in a factory setting is preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.

- Strong communication skills and a cooperative team player.
