Our client is currently looking to recruit a Factory Operative to work at their busy site on the outskirts of Brandon.

Under new management, this is a busy and expanding manufacturing plant, and due to the nature of the work required you will be expected to undertake repetitive, physical tasks on a regular basis.

This is a full time position working 47.5 hours per week between 6am-4pm. Applicants must also be available for Overtime and weekend working if required.

This position is required for an immediate start and permanent contracts are available for the right candidate.

Salary
Starting at £12.50.
Up to £14.50 with training.

Required Skills and Experience.

  • Autonomous and motivated team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication - the ability to follow instructions and speak English.
  • Capable of working on a production line - independently and as part of a team.
  • Health and safety aware, not just following guidelines but taking initiative to reduce chance of injury.
  • Ideally 1 + Years experience in a Construction or Labouring role.
  • Your own mode of transport is not essential but beneficial - you must be able to start work at 6 am.
  • The ability to closely follow your managers/supervisors instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25KG.
