Please note we are flexible as to where in the UK this role can be based.

As a member of the GB Retail Facility team, you will manage a number of our facilities and also ensuring we are undertaking the governance needed for these facilities. Working in a team to produce the best outcomes for our clients. Interacting with our facility Insurer partners to ensure we are maintaining excellent working relationships and handling contract negotiations. Collaborating with the client service teams to pipeline cases onto the facilities where it is in the best interests of our clients.

The Role

•   You will manage some of our propositions and be responsible for holding quarterly review meetings, producing minutes and taking responsibility for any actions. Acting as the main focal point for the Insurers and the client service teams. 
•   Work to ensure the facilities meet all our internal governance requirements and Insurer services are met.
•   Work with our Facilities hub to ensure we are acting in the best interest of our clients at all times.
•   Be able to work with others and contribute on forthcoming tenders.
•   Look for opportunities to drive efficiencies in our facilities.
•   Be responsible for the issuance and collation of contracts as needed with assistance from our legal team 

The Requirements

•   Advanced Microsoft office skills particularly excel, word and PowerPoint 
•   An advanced Insurance knowledge  
•   Able to work well in a team environment but also under your own initiative. 
•   Minimum five years working in an Insurance business environment 
•   ACII qualified or interested in progressing with ACII qualifications.
•   Experience in dealing with contracts would be useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
•   Able to run meetings and interact with Insurers and Client Service team members. 
•   Have a good eye for detail and be able to negotiate with insurers where needed.
