Facilities Officer
Elevate projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Facilities Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for part time work on a temporary contract.
Main Duties:
- Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service skill at all times.
- Track your site budget spends
- Produce and maintain all office sign-age
- Raising purchase orders, processing payments for services and seeking appropriate authorisation when required
- Complete building checks and resolve issues.
- Maintain site log books
- Manage fire wardens, fire safety marshals and first aiders, ensuring adequate cover within sites.
- Manage car parking where applicable
- Responsible for managing: Staff, contractors and visits to the premisses
- Respond to out of hours incidents as required
- Control all deliveries, sort and distribute post.
- Ensuring access is available for all residents and visitors
