Elevate projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Facilities Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for part time work on a temporary contract.

Main Duties:

  • Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service skill at all times.
  • Track your site budget spends
  • Produce and maintain all office sign-age
  • Raising purchase orders, processing payments for services and seeking appropriate authorisation when required
  • Complete building checks and resolve issues.
  • Maintain site log books
  • Manage fire wardens, fire safety marshals and first aiders, ensuring adequate cover within sites.
  • Manage car parking where applicable
  • Responsible for managing: Staff, contractors and visits to the premisses
  • Respond to out of hours incidents as required
  • Control all deliveries, sort and distribute post.
  • Ensuring access is available for all residents and visitors
