Facilities Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance for mixed use portfolio(Residential,Commercial and retail).

Our client is a Commercial and Residential property consultantcy based in the City of London.
Description
You will be responsible for overseeing all hard/soft services as well as all compliance related matters also taking part in the development and implementation of the client's strategies.
- Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility
- Overseeing the Helath and safety and all compliance for the portfolio.
- Implementing effective strategies for optimal facility management
- Budget management,SLAS, KPIS
- Managing facility improvements and renovations
- Coordinating with external contractors and service providers
Profile
- Background in facilities management
- Experience in managing residential/commercial and retail
- IOSH/NEBOSH
- IWFM
- Strong financial acumen
- Understanding of CAFM or similar systems
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of all hard/soft and M&E services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder relationships
