Who are we working with? We are working alongside a global Integrated Facilities Management provider managing a global portfolio. Our client manages an international portfolio for a business who occupy a modern and innovative workplace portfolio.

We are seeking a acilities Manager to ensure delivery of a best in class Workplace experience and ensure the highest standards of serviceability to both clients and employees

Core responsibilities:

• Ensuring provision of a best in class workplace experience across a multi-region
• Direct line management of an FM team
• Management of both soft and hard services and teams and a range of compliance requirements
• Sustainability and Energy Management - implementing incentives across the portfolio
• Change management
• Support project teams with consolidations, expansions and fit-outs, including move management and mobilization
• Ensure compliance with client best practice, policies and procedures, including statutory compliance, quality and EHS compliance.
• Act as the go-to person for all crisis management
• Tender key contracts
• Review work-related risk assessment and method statements, ensuring they meet the business need

Experience sought

· Previous Facilities / Workplace Services experience sought

· Key base experience, is customer focus and empathy.
