Description

The facilities Assistant will be responsbile for:

  • Ensuring all facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of events
  • Completing basic repair tasks in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with external contractors and services
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Good level of customer service
  • Assist in planning & execution of office moves within agreed time frames
  • Ordering of stationery, lighting, cash & carry consumables

Profile

A successful Facilities Assistant should have:
