Experienced Chief of Staff - UHNW Household (5 years+ as a CofS or Operations Manager is required)

We are looking for a dynamic CofS who can lead by example to head up this busy international household with 20+ household staff. a CV demonstrating at least 5 years in a senior CofS role/or Operations within an UHNW Household is essential. This can be a demanding out of hours role with lots of changes and demands so you will have held a role where you juggle multiple requests and changes of schedule.

UHNW background is essential and experience overseeing a high level of staff from housekeepers to house managers and chefs etc. Excellent with budgets and reports and able to produce a comprehensive report on expenditure on a monthly basis.

Project manage any household repairs/purchases and necessary requirements. Negotiating with suppliers and keeping up to date with current trends. Research for the Principals on both business and personal matters. Dealing with service provider for technology for the household and security matters.

Dealing with the management of a high level art collection and all insurances required for the household.

Managing and overseeing inventories of high value goods within the household.

Event management and planning liaising with household staff and Private PA

This is an opportunity to use all of your skills and bring order to the household in a calm and professional manner. You will have top communication skills and used to working out of hours when required, highly organised and able to build trusted relationships quickly and effectively.

Salary comes with discretionary bonus + bens
