Expense Management Administrator
£22 - £24 p/h plus holiday
12 month temporary contract

My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for an Expense Management Administrator to join them on a 12 month Temporary Contract Monday – Friday, with the potential to make it long-term. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service for all Expense Management matters within IBD and GCM divisions.

What you’ll do:
  • Management of all expense matters
  • Processing of audits/invoices
  • In charge of staying up to date on all modifications to policies and procedures and serving as the authority on policies and inquiries
  • Management of expense ad-hoc projects
  • Aware of when to escalate to IBD/GCM Management and be confident in your ability to do so
  • Assist with past-due corporate card payments

Skills required:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • The capacity for critical thought
  • Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
  • Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
  • Large amount of flexibility
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
