Executive Search Consultant

Package:£35K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£50K OTE Year 1)

This Executive Search agency is an international business who take pride in providing growth solutions to investment, asset management and non-investment firms. Founded in 2011 and with offices in London and New York, the team take pride in delivering an industry leading service to clients across the UK, EU and US. As a graduate joining the business, you will work closely with experienced Consultants and Partners as you progress through the training and development programme.

The Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Working closely with managers to understand clients recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to the sector you specialise in

The Requirements:

• 2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
