Executive PA and Administrator
  • Salary:

    • Full-time: SCP 19 - SCP 24 (£24,877 - £28,487) for 37.5 hours per week
    • Part-time: SCP 19 - SCP 24 (£19,901 - £22,789) for 30 hours per week
    • Term Time (plus 2 weeks): (£23,250 - £26,624 based on 37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: North Somerset, Pill area
  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent
  • Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (8am - 4pm) or 30 hours per week (timings to be confirmed but will include some 8am starts). Hybrid working available, 3 days in 2 from home.
  • Start Date: 1st September 2024

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive PA and Administrator to provide top-level administrative support to the Chief Executive and Director of Education of a Schools Trust, as well as other members of the Core Leadership Group as required. This role is based in a busy, open-plan office environment and offers a mix of in-office and remote working.

Day to day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive, Director of Education, and the Core Leadership Group.
  • Lead on the administration of educational aspects of the Core Leadership group.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks for events and projects related to the work of the central team.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Engage in regular and frequent face-to-face contact with Trustees, Headteachers, staff, students, and the public.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive PA, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency and experience with office management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
