An Executive Assistant is sought to provide high-level administrative support in a faced paced setting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the director with day to day business tasks. This role is based in Tadcaster.

Description
The role of the executive assistant will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Managing agendas for upper management
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Booking meetings and taking minutes from meetings
- Booking travel arrangements and diary management
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submitting timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Previous executive assistant experience
- Expertise in office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a competitive salary in the range of £28,2000 - £31,000 per annum
