Events & Marketing Assistant

With a global reach their UK office is based in Biggleswade. Boasting an impressive client list including A list names, they are looking for a creative Events & Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering marketing plans and events in the UK and overseas
• Attending events (these will be at the weekend but limited to 6 a year)
• Organising travel
• Updating company website and responding to queries
• Managing email inbox and responding to queries
• Social Media management
• Liaise with retailers and distributors and provide the most relevant marketing materials and distribute
• Use Google Analytics and data from external marketing agencies to determine future promotional activities
• Updating and monitoring project budgets and marketing plans

To be successful you will have the following:

• Experience in event planning
• Experience of use of marketing automation tools such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, MailChimp, Google Analytics is desirable
• Prepared to travel in the UK and overseas to assist with events/shows
• Clean, UK driving license

• 4 days working from the office + 1 day from home
• Early 3pm finish on Friday

• 23 Days Holiday Per Annum, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 (in addition to public and bank holidays)
