This role involves the strategic use of data to drive the success of graduation ceremony events for a leading Russell Group University in London. The Events Data Officer will be support the Events Manager on all data and system work.

Client Details

A leading and well-respected Russell Group University in London.

The team operate hybrid working, in the office 3 times per week.

Potential of additional hours to support with graduation ceremonies on the day.

Description

  • Produce accurate and timely name lists for programmes, reading lists for academic staff, ticket lists for printers and similar.
  • Management of data aspects as part of a project delivery, including flows between a range of internal and external systems, is essential to this, as are advanced Excel skills.
  • Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets - uploading data, reformatting spreadsheets and downloading data.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider events team, as well as stakeholder relations with Academics and other internal stakeholders.
  • Day to day use of internal and external systems to gather data from.
  • Produce programmes to be used on the day of the graduation ceremonies.

Profile

The successful Events Data Officer should have:

  • Background of working with data systems (CRM, event registration platforms, email marketing platform, etc.).
  • Understanding of data management and excellent data extraction and manipulation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and be able to hit the ground running from day one due to the short timeframes of delivering graduation ceremonies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate PAYE or Umbrella, equivalent to £32,000 - £38,000.
  • 7 week contract starting on or around 10th June 2024.
  • Hybrid working.
