About the Role:
In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of international events, including forums, think tanks, awards ceremonies, and networking events. You'll have the autonomy to handle all aspects of event coordination, from pre-event preparations to onsite management and post-event follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Independently managing delegate registration processes and serving as the primary point of contact
  • Providing accurate reporting on attendee and revenue figures
  • Coordinating with event sponsors and ensuring contract deliverables are met
  • Assisting with event logistics and onsite operations
  • Handling post-event tasks such as attendee data processing and feedback collation

About You:

As the ideal candidate, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an event-based role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Comfort with engaging stakeholders through phone calls and in-person interactions
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with CRM system knowledge as a bonus
