Join our dynamic Events Department and take charge of organizing and executing exceptional events.

As an Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our events, handling everything from invites and data mapping to assisting the Events Manager.

This role offers opportunities for growth within the department and hands-on experience in coordinating events of your own.

Day to Day

  • Assist the Events Manager with administrative arrangements
  • Manage invites and data extraction from Salesforce
  • Create email invites using Marketo
  • Liaise with partners and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth event operations and stock management
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Marketing for event success
  • Pre and post-event reporting

YOU?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination
  • Proficiency in organizing online and offline events
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude and adaptability to change
  • Competent IT knowledge, preferably with experience in MS Office
  • Proven track record in administrative duties
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo, preferred)
  • Methodical approach and attention to detail
  • Full driving license preferred
