Do you have previous admin experience and are you now looking for a lovely opportunity within a charity in the education sector where you will be working 4 days a week from home and 1 day in office? Are you passionate about supporting events? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

The company are located near High Wycombe in Bucks, working hours are 35 a week and on top of the salary there are some excellent benefits to include a 10% discretionary bonus.

What are the duties of the Events and Volunteers Administrator?

  • Support the organisation of in-person and online events. This could include, but is not limited to:
  • Liaison with speakers and/or Education Ambassadors
  • Preparation of event and sponsorship materials. raising purchase orders, submitting invoices.
  • Collection of speaker/sponsor documents and assets
  • Administration of post event feedback
  • Ordering badges and collateral
  • Creation of content and updates on the website and CRM
  • Promotion of events on internal and social channels and support the set up and hosting of webinars
