Reed Marketing and Creative are partnered with an innovative technology company seeking an Event Manager to enhance their brand presence at exhibitions and trade shows, both in the UK and internationally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing events to life, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence, and working with a vibrant sales team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage all event-related administration, including stand organisation and ensuring marketing materials are prepared and available.
  • Maintain a calendar of events, proactively planning for upcoming exhibitions to maximise brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create an engaging and lively atmosphere at events.
  • Work towards creating a strong and consistent brand presence across all events.
  • Play a crucial role in helping the team break into new markets by assisting in the selection of strategic events to attend.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in exhibitions and trade shows, with a keen ability to own and maintain an events calendar.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to suggest new ideas and bring events to life.
  • Highly organised with the capacity to handle some pressure while maintaining a sense of humour.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
