Estimator
Reed Wolverhampton are seeking an Estimator to join our client based in Wolverhampton on a full time, Permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various sales enquiries, preparing project offers/quotations, and ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently while adhering to business deadlines. Competitive salary
Duties will include:
Perform detailed and accurate quantifying of materials and costs
Utilize Excel and in-house IFS Software for estimating complete working systems
Review margins and ensure profitability
Carry out occasional site surveys
Take ownership of completing formal tenders from clients
Present offers and technical project information to clients and colleagues
Conduct research work, including phone calls and emails
Prepare technical submission documents for projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with fire-related products would be advantageous
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Strong communication skills and experience liaising with clients, contractors, internal teams, and other trades
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Current driving licence
