Estimator

Our client is a well-respected recognised main contractor specializing in new build units in industrial and logistics. Due to a successful period of tender awards, they are now searching for additional experienced estimators to join their pre-contracts team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced estimator to progress with a growing business that can offer a tangible opportunity to work as part of the senior leadership team.

They have a strong pipeline of work for the rest of 2024 and beyond and are in an enviable position to expand the business.

The role:

·Negotiating prices with Sub-contractors to ensure the best prices & quality.

·Working and collaborating with a wider pre-construction team.

·London

-Assisting with processes and procedures to ensure best pre-construction practices.

Experience

·Construction related Degree (HNC, BSc, MSc,)

·4+ Years of commercial experience as QS or Estimator

·Bluebeam software knowledge

-Groundworks experience is ideal but not essential.
