Estimator

A regional tier 1 contractor has asked Hays to conduct a search for an experienced estimator, to join the commercial team to look after the Essex and London regions.

I am looking for an Estimator with Residential Fit out and overall house building experience. The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Tier 1 experience
• Experience in dealing with JCT/NEC contracts
• Strong understanding of Resi market
• Strong understanding of house building
• Have experience in management and how to look after a project until completion

The desired Estimator will be required to look after a number of projects until completion and oversee a team of commercial staff. You will be reporting to the Managing Estimator on the project and assisting him take control of the scheme. Furthermore, the project is set to run until 2030 with scope of future success in their sights.
