In this client facing role, you will be expected to communicate with the rest of the team to set and establish technical quotes and estimates for new and existing clients. You will have to react to feedback on estimates and call for budget adjustments accordingly. This presents an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate a wide range of knowledge and establish themselves in a role within a hyper-successful company full of like-minded individuals taking projects through the entire lifecycle.

The Role:

• Produce technical quotations and estimates
• Assist and liaise with clients, architects, engineers and the project team
• Feedback on estimates
• Maintain all relevant files and records
• Oversee project enquiries from cradle to grave
• Participate in contract and commercial negotiations as necessary

The Person:

• Experience with estimation in relevant industry
