Estate Agency - Senior Sales Negotiator - West Bromwich - 53155

A forward thinking and dynamic firm in West Bromwich that have had a very successful past 12 months. Now looking to add to their team a strong and competent senior negotiator to hit the ground running.

This role will be very hands on, phoning out properties, negotiating sales and supporting the current manager where required. You must posses bags of drive and determination and want to be part of a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within the local area, have a professional approach and be able to communicate at all levels.

Duties will include

• Phoning out on new instructions
• Vendor contacts
• Accompanying viewings
• Cross selling Mortgage/ Conveyancing leads
• Sales chasing
