English Teacher
English Teacher - Bury September 2024 Start
Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit a well-qualified and dedicated English Teacher, to join a secondary school in September on a full time basis until Christmas.
You will be required to teach English across key stage 3 & 4, you will work with a range of academic abilities.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent (to be offered supply teaching work)
· Previous experience teaching in a UK school would be ideal
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential training can be provided)
- Up to date prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)
- Up to date FGM training (training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all required vetting checks
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide a minimum of two professional child related references

Hours 8:15 am 4pm, plus parents evenings & departmental meetings
