English Teacher with TLR – September 2024
QTS English Teacher required to join a large secondary academy with excellent facilities, resources, and leadership. This school requires a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join the team from September 2024, as an English Teacher at this school you will receive outstanding support from a dynamic Head of English and regular support from the Trust English Lead who is committed to ensuring that the English Department is the most successful department within the school.

This role requires a proactive, committed, and engaging English Teacher who id able to inspire a love for English and motivate students who have struggled to engage with the subject. There is a clear focus on ensuring that all students are equipped with the appropriate language and literacy skills prior to the school. Job Role:
  • Teaching across the English curriculum to Key Stages 3 & 4
  • Leading GCSE English booster sessions for students that require additional support
  • Working with an excellent pastoral / leadership team to improve engagement
  • Delivering outstanding lessons with clear lesson objectives
  • Inspiring a love for English!
