  • Location: Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northamptonshire
  • Salary: £26,750 - £39,212 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Job Type: Full-time - Permanant
  • Must be a driver

We are on the lookout for an Engineering Tutor who is passionate about the field and eager to impart their knowledge to the next generation of engineers. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in engineering and is committed to delivering high-quality education.

Day to day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and informative engineering lessons to students at various levels, ensuring that each session is both challenging and rewarding.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one support to learners, helping them to understand and apply complex engineering concepts.
  • Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for engineering.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously enhance the curriculum and develop innovative teaching materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified in engineering or a related field.

  • Experience working with SEN students.

  • Passion for making a difference in students’ lives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
