Site Engineering Manager           

Salary: £51,900 + Bonus + Car Allowance or Company Car!!

Monday to Friday - Days 

Location: Lutterworth

We are currently recruiting for a UK leading company in the Lutterworth area who are looking for a Site Engineering Manager. Our client is experiencing year on year growth due to the quality of the service they provide, which has allowed them to be able to increase the size of their engineering team. My client has 14 + sites in the UK, their site in Lutterworth is one of their founding sites, where you can find a fantastic team ethos and an atmosphere where engineers are able to learn and grow.  Our client has gone through some structural changes and would like to bring in an experienced engineering manager with ability to lead a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers and focus on key aspects such as: planned maintenance, budgets, training, health and safety. Our client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible so please apply ASAP. 

Skills acquired to be an engineering manager:

• The successful engineering manager needs to be happy to lead an engineering team,
• The successful engineering manager needs to be happy to perform a hands on role when required
• The succesful engineering manager will need to be from a Factory, Industral OR armed forces background (RAF, NAVY, Army)
• The successful engineering manager needs to hold a recogonised engineering qualification. 
• The successful engineering manager needs to hold a Full UK driving licence.
