Role: Engineering Lecturer Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Salary: Up to £40,100 per annum.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a recognized teaching qualification
• Possesses a relevant Level 3 engineering qualification
• Has a minimum of 2 years of teaching/FE experience
• Demonstrates expertise in mechanical or electronic principles (Ideally with a mechanical bias)

As an Engineering Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. You will have the opportunity to share your industry insights, engage students in practical applications, and foster a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions
• Developing innovative teaching materials and assessment methods
• Providing academic support and guidance to students
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and learning experience
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching standards and practices
