This organisation is a large multi-national business within the aircraft sector. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Engineering Director.

The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee new product development projects, continuous improvements, calibration laboratory and further activities. This will be a hands on position, where you will spend time managing a team of Engineers and be provided long term development opportunities to take on the operational side of the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Avionics/ Electronic Engineer, with background at a Engineering Manager, looking to further their career and have an extensive knowledge of the aviation/ aerospace industry.

The Role
*Engineering Manager
*Overseeing and developing product improvements
*Managing a team of Engineers (Headcount of 2)
*Hands on overseeing the current engineering processes, calibration laboratory

The Person
*Engineering Manager/ Engineering Director
*Previously trained within Electronics/ Avionics (Holding an Engineering qualification, Degree, HNC, Apprenticeship)
*Extensive knowledge and experience of both NPI and/ or NPD projects
*Experience working in Aerospace/ Aviation industries are actively encouraged to apply
