Engineer Scheduler - Portsmouth

Salary between £32,000 - £33,700

This position is available on a shift pattern - you must be flexible with your working hours as shifts will be varied.

Our client is looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Engineer Scheduler to join their team. You will be responsible for looking after day to day administration for engineers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience scheduling and planning for the engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the diaries of your allocated engineers
  • Monitor open jobs to ensure engineers are dispatched within the time-frame
  • Managing a changing workload
  • Liaising with engineers

You will have:

  • Great problem solving skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and use own initiative
  • Have excellent communication skills
