Energy Marine & Natural Resources Associate
This leading law firm are seeking a talented candidate to become a core member of their London energy marine & natural resources team.
About the Team
- The team focuses on the energy, oil & gas, renewables and construction sectors, representing international clients on a range of transactions and disputes worldwide.
- This is including matters in both the UK courts and in arbitrations and clients include major oil & gas companies, construction companies, offshore service contractors and rig owners.
- You will also work closely with various other practice areas, including our corporate teams and our international offices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in most of these areas:
- Supporting clients within the oil and gas industry.
- Supporting overseas clients virtually and in person.
- Advising clients on trade finance.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure client needs are met.
Essential Skills & Experience
- cessful candidate will have a 4-5 year PQE with a banking and finance specialism and some experience in the energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will also display excellent legal ability and initiative with strong technical skills.
