Energy Analyst - Decarbonisation

East London- Hybrid

Full Time - permanent

Salary: £39,000- £45,000 + Package

We are working with a newly formed business that is now carving its own path in the Decarbonisation industry after breaking apart from its parent company. They are looking for an Energy Analyst to be an integral part of the team; reporting to the Head of Energy Intelligence, helping to deliver the work.

Your primary role is to be a central player in the day to day energy analysis activities of the business supporting operations and engineering offering a varied and flexible role. This will suit someone with a good knowledge of data analysis, modelling, utilities and ideally operational knowledge of power and heating and cooling

They will support, train, and empower you to own your role. You will have the opportunity to grow and progress as you join at an early but exciting stage which can offer several paths of development.

About You

  • Degree Qualified in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent Engineering Discipline
  • Having an understanding of district energy and CHP
  • Cooling and heating system design including a range of generation system such as CHP, Biomass, Boilers etc
  • The ability to maintain and develop data collection and processing methods to allow effective internal and external reporting
  • Being a member of a professional institute or working towards chartership would be an advantage
  • Positive and proactive
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel
