My client is a Legal 500 firm renowned for its excellence in legal services, is expanding its Employment team.

Role Overview: As a vital member of our Employment Team, you will tackle a wide array of contentious and non-contentious matters. From advising on settlement agreements to managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier legal services. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance on employment law issues, including settlement agreements, disciplinary matters, and employment tribunal cases.
  • Efficiently manage a caseload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to encourage collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide support to senior team members as required.
  • Contribute to the marketing and development initiatives of the Employment Team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor, ideally NQ-2 years PQE.
  • Demonstrated experience in employment law, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and IT applications.
  • Dedication to delivering the highest standards of client care and compliance.
  • Interest in participating in the marketing and business development.
