This leading specialist employment law firm based in the City of London advise on many of the highest value employment disputes of recent years against a range of 'magic circle' opponents. Their creative thinking has resulted in ground-breaking litigation outcomes in areas such as whistleblowing and discrimination law. The entire team is reputed for its high-quality legal advice.

The team are experienced in advising both respondents and claimants on all aspects of employment law and have particular experience acting on behalf of senior executives in high stakes, complex and high value Employment Tribunal and High Court disputes. The closeknit employment team has extremely little attrition, due to the well-established processes which encourages internal progression.

As part of the role, you will be advising both employers and employees on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on acting for Senior Executives. The clientele you will be working with include bankers, investment and insurance professionals and others employed in the financial services industry; C-suite executives in industry; and for professionals working in law.

The team also get to gain exposure to respondent work, meaning that you will never be pigeon-holed into one area of the employment space.

The ideal candidate will be:

• 1-6PQE Solicitor.
• Experience and passion for claimant-focused employment law.
• Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
• Keen to get involved in business development opportunities.
