Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to join a leading firm in Northampton?

Due to continued growth plans, our client is now actively seeking an Employment Solicitor to join the specialist team. 

The Role

As an employment solicitor you will take on a diverse portfolio consisting of contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. Your caseload will include (but not be limited to):

  • Representing clients in employment tribunals
  • Advising with Boardroom/SMT disputes
  • Assisting with data protection compliance
  • Ensuring Modern Slavery Act Compliance

About You

Our client is looking for an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. You will have a keen eye for detail and be someone who is looking to make a real impact within the team.
