A rare opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor in the Northampton area to join this award-winning firm.

The Role

My client boats a unique global reach with both a domestic and international client base, allowing you to widen your experience on an international level. It is at an exciting stage of expansion and looking for an experienced employment solicitor or legal executive to deal with:

• Legal Compliance Auditing
• Drafting Domestic & International Contracts, Handbooks, Policies & Procedures
• Management of Employment Disputes
• Trade Union Negotiations

About You

To be considered for this position you will ideally be 3 years’ PQE, with an in-depth understanding of business-related employment. You will have strong interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development.
