You will join a top-100 law firm renowned for its commitment to investing in its people and providing comprehensive support for personal and professional development.

Rapidly expanding their London presence, my client has recently hired a new employment partner and is now further looking to strengthen the team with the hire of a senior associate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently manage your caseload, delegate tasks, and supervise junior associates. Moreover, you'll receive full support and ample opportunities to build or further develop your own client base. This position will suit individuals looking to move into a senior associate position or otherwise join a team with excellent progression opportunities.

The team specialises in advising their clients (which range from senior executives to fast-growth start-ups and global PLC’s) on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters including discrimination claims, redundancy situations, TUPE, HR advisory matters, senior executive exits and whistle-blowing matters.

Requirements

  • England & Wales Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Experience advising respondent/employer clients
  • Broad contentious and non-contentious experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to build your own client base and progress with the firm.
