We are partnering with a prestigious Lexcel accredited firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services. We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Employment Law Solicitor to join our client’s team in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to three years PQE to work closely with the CEO and gain valuable experience in employment law.

Duties

  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
  • Handle settlement agreements and negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and protect the interests of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Advise clients on employment-related issues and offer strategic solutions.
  • Work directly with the CEO on legal matters related to employment law.
  • Provide legal support and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Take an active role in professional development and continuous learning.
  • Engage in training opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.


The Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE or newly qualified.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in employment law.
  • Proven experience with settlement agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
