My client is looking for a Employee Relations Specialist...

Could you be their Employee Relations Manager?

This is a new role that will work across the organisation, empowering Managers and Team Leaders to do their best for their teams – through advising, leading, coaching, navigating their people challenges. You will have a variety of employee relations casework which includes discipline, grievance, capability, inclusion and TUPE. You will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD or have demonstrable ER skills and experience.

This role is mainly office based with some hybrid working offered according to the needs of the service.
