Employee Relations Advisor

Paying up to £40,000pa

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering positive employee relationships? 

My client is hiring an Employee Relations Advisor to be a key driver in cultivating a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver employee relations training programs to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
