HR Advisor 

Temporary - 8 weeks 

Immediate Start 

£20-25 p/h 

Our client who are based in the South West London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to bring their Employee Relations expertise to the team for this temporary assignment that will be office based

More about the role: 

  • Managing Employee relations cases that come thought the HR team
  • Provide support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters, including general enquiries, employment law, company procedures, disciplinary and grievance or absence issues
  • Managing and supporting with all ER casework ensuring 
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and issues
  • Monitor sickness trends and take appropriate remedial action to manage absences in accordance with the company policy

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Employee Relations experience from previous roles 
  • Proven experience of managing ER casework 
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge 
  • Immediate availability and can commit to at least 8 weeks
