We are seeking a resilient HR Advisor, confident in facing challenges and adept in Employee Relations (ER), to join our team on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the HR Lead and working closely with the COO, this role is crucial in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives.

**This role is flexible for Part Time and Full Time Hours**

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR issues, with a strong focus on ER.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Lead and COO to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Deliver training and coaching to managers on HR best practices and ER matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects and change management processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance and support on HR-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong focus on ER.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage complex ER cases independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Resilient and confident in dealing with challenges.
  • CIPD level 5 minimum is essential.
