Employee Relations Advisor
I am pleased to be working with a well-established organisation based in Poole, who is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective employee relations support to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Manage a caseload of low-risk employee relations cases, offering advice and guidance to managers and actively working towards timely case resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in the delivery of training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar employee relations role.
- Must hold a CIPD Level 5 Minimum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
This is a full-time position for 8 weeks, working on site 4 days a week and 1 day from home. If you are an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who can hit the ground running, we would love to hear from you!
